According to the website, the station has ceased transmission "due to relocation"...

There's still some test transmissions on 5045 AM, but if they are using their allotted 1000W, the signal strength is very poor, which has been a problem since the station first existed.

The web site talks about 3210kHz, but I've never heard them on that frequency, ever.

Amazingly, this station is still broadcasting now and then.

Last Monday night it was pushing 7 and the modulation is better too. After an hour or so the strength slowly dropped away to about 4, but the audio was still clear.

5045kHz, AM.

There's slight interference from an unmodulated carrier on 5040.

This station is no longer licenced to use 5045. However 3210 is still assigned, but since it's never used I'd expect it to not be renewed when it expires in October. The site no longer has references to transmissions, only podcasts etc, and the links to those are all broken. So, I guess that is the end of that.

Thanks, I see he changed frequency and operating times - last time I looked at his site there wasn't anything about transmissions.

There is (or perhaps was) a station on 5040 AM which will interfere with his use of 5035 USB.

And since I don't normally listen on his new schedule (Wed to Sun) I would never hear anything.

Perhaps I might have a chance to try later this week. We'll see.

Started listening at 17:25, strength of 3, clearly audible through a gap in the hash. Now (18:45) the strength is 5.

It seems he's using the same equipment setup as previously, but USB gets through clearer than AM.

Good luck I guess, hopefully he can be heard across the country.
