Here it is finished. Except for the speaker, still trying to find a source for the cone.

That radio's circuit with voltages and alternate valves appears in the 1946 section of AORSM's.

Using pins one on octals can be hazardous, most (not all) of the Philips valves and the metal octals use pin one as the metalisation, or valve body.

All hell has often broken out when pin one has been used as a tag of convenience and a shielded tube has been subbed in.

OK, point taken Marc.
I will modify it with standoffs.
I am doing a 1005 now so I will modify that as well.
