Many of these people may not be actually rich, merely 'real-estate-rich'

Being asset rich but cash poor is not unknown in those areas. A onetime boss of mine, who lived in Telegraph Road in Pymble, used to tell people that he lived on Overdraft Hill.

Again, I guess international travel, either for work or play, probably underlies the infection statistics here. Large numbers in Oz have been infected courtesy of picking the wrong time to take a boat trip.

I know a guy from Hornsby who has been on 6 cruises and every one of them he had won at the RSL type clubs .He is 80 and the last cruise he went on be met a lady and they got married.
He now lives in her unit over near Rose Bay
His family no longer speak to him at all!
He sold off his house at Hornsby.
I've known him for years and I met him and his first wife at a garage sale .she passed away a few years ago and he started going to the club's.
Families!!
