Can anyone identify this wooden wall phone. It has PMG Dept stamped on top.

Looks like a PMG Telephone 131 MW.

Do you have all the other bits for it?

No, this is all that survives, A friend of mine was cleaning out some sheds for an old guy. He only grabbed it thinking he could make a few dollars.
I know to we collectors, and I am into valve radios, that things in this condition are best had for free.
It is available to anyone that wants it, make an offer.

I saw one of those phones at the HRSA swap meet on Saturday. It appeared to be complete. Asking price was $550.
