 Looking for a turntable

I posted this in the projects forum but it is probably more appropriate here:

I was given a small SC radiogram 8-10 years ago from a deceased estate. It was in poor shape, veneer peeling, rat-eaten speaker etc. but the main thing was the turntable was missing. The guy that had owned it was a radio/TV repairman back in the 60s/70s and I can only assume that he butchered it for a replacement turntable. I thought I'd find something in my travels but...

Interestingly, there is a piece of chipboard in the turntable cutout, obviously meant for a later turntable that was much smaller than original, so it had already been replaced once.

I have since restored the cabinet to a good standard and got it working with a new speaker and some capacitor replacements but I would like to put a turntable in it. I have no idea what it would have been but I assume the standard 33/45/78 idler drive type. I had an old rusty Dual but it was too big to fit and the motor was shagged (and had a busted tone arm) so I tossed it some years ago.

The chassis is very neat and compact and I would like to have it in the collection after having it for some years sitting in the upstairs wardrobe. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Yes John I may be able to help. And I'm not far away!

Send me a dimensioned pic of the motorboard cutout (my email is unhidden) and I'll see if anything I have will fit.
