Hi, I'm looking for any information anybody might have for one of these. Especially the turntable. If anybody might know where I might obtain a service manual. Somebody in this forum did identify the type of turntable for me and sent me a picture, but I'm looking for a manual so that I can find out what is wrong with mine and how to repair/ adjust it.
Cheers! Thank you in advance. Jamie.

According to Radiomuseum, model 54A21 is very similar except for knob placement.

I have emailed you what I have on that model (i.e. schematic). Is there a brand name on the turntable, such as Collaro?

Hi GTC, thanks you did once before too I believe, Monochrome identified the turn table as a "Velvet Action" 103 or 104. I'm not sure exactly which one it of those it is but the picture he sent me looks like it, but I can't find anything anywhere about it? I thinknI'll have to tackle it "ad-lib" and hope for the best. It's missing it's cartridge and doesn't pick up or set down properly, but has the original factory tag still on the spindle so might just need a set up adjustment perhaps and if I can get it to behave right and find out the proper cartridge for it I'll be on the home straight. I posted about it before in Tech-Talk, fishing for info, but noticed this forum, so hoping somebody else might have one or remember them.

Yeah nah mine is different. I'll need to get borrow a camera and get some photos. The radiogram controls are on the right hand side and open from the front, with the turntable on the left. My wifes plonked our wine rack on top at the moment so I cant move it, I'll see if I can find a picture online. Radiomuseum has identical pictures and some info, but no service info for the turntable.

Hi JameeLee.

The "Velvet Action" record changers were of Stromberg Carlson Australia's own manufacture, but they were licensed to Webster Chicago, so they may be similar to changers made by them. Searching Webster Chicago record changer may result in the data you need. A search on Radiomuseum shows many Webster changers, but you'd probably have to go through most of them before you found to closest to yours.

Cheers.
