Hi guys I am going my late father's valve collection to see what I really need to keep. I am only into radios so if I can't cross match any of these TV valves to radios they will go. Hi Peter, I am looking for a 6BM4 and a 6EH7 or some other valve that fits the slot in this Astor TV that I am trying to test them as I don't know if this Astor works, first am going to replace caps and resistors and transformers. ‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾ "I'd rather have a CRT than nothing" - me "people just throw working CRTs out, it is NOT FUNNY!" -me

OK, and send the 6EH7's to me I'll email you address and Mum might be coming home on friday so I will let you know, and I'll post a picture of the valve socket in the Astor so I know which valve I am getting, it is very hard to get the valve in since the socket is near the CRT, and btw have you got any spare caps and resistors?
