 Testing and rejuvenating old CRTs

It's based on some research in a long-running UK forum post on non-destructive CRT rejuvenation.

I've used this device to get some amazing rejuvenation results, particularly on Thomas CRTs.

I'll ask Brad to post Before and After example pics here.

This one took about 15 minutes on the 12 volt setting to wake it up. The trick is to watch the meter until it stops rising and terminate the process at that point.

Results on power-up this morning indicate that the fix has held:

Visible picture - 6 seconds
Full brightness - 10 seconds.

(The T26 is a SS chassis)
