Ian, I have a list of channel 0 to channel 11, which is the 13 channel system.
Could email if this is what you want.

For those that find that strange.
Channel 0 and Channel 5A along with 1 to 11, making 13 channels.

Channel 1: 45-52 MHz
Channel 2: 56-63 MHz
Channel 3: 63-70 MHz
Channel 4: 70-77 MHz
Channel 5: 77-84 MHz
Channel 6: 84-91 MHz
Channel 7: 174-181 MHz
Channel 8: 181-188 MHz
Channel 9: 188-195 MHz
Channel 10: 195-202 MHz
