Hi Everyone

I have a HMV Ambassador TV/Radio combo that was my grandfathers. I don't know much more about it than what is labelled on the unit. It has a remote which is well used and a Ralmar brand TV/Radio listener box wired into the back.

I'm looking to sell this locally, but would like to know more info on it. Does anyone know roughly what year this model is? also how common is it? and what would it be worth?

That Ambassador is early 80s. The first ones had a big black remote. The later runoffs had the small silver remotes. Hope that was of help. I'm big HMV collector.

Shame you're so far away. I want this TV so I can use it to watch DVD's on in retro 80's fashion!
