Hello members,

I'm new to vintage radio, though I did repair a 1960 valve Kriesler radio to working state a few years ago.

My main interests are retro 80's computer consoles and computers and I have repaired many of them but I have always had an interest in valve equipment as well. My interest probably originates from when I was a young child living in the Netherlands where I had an old radiogram in my bedroom and I would try and tune in distant stations long into the night.
The pop... wait and hearing the radio slowly come to life accompanied by the warm glow and sound on a cold winter night seemed magical to me at the time.

I hope to lurk and learn as well as contribute to the forum.

Clocky.
