Thanks Brad

For hosting this forum. A big 10 out of 10 to you !

I am into green radios ..... army stuff . I began in 1982 with a 19 set . My collection is now much reduced . I now have :

No. 11 set .. the rare UK built version made by EK Cole

109 set made by STC in Sydney in 1941.. this set works on air

A German Torn E ...WW2 receiver

FS6 and 101 sets .....AWA early WW2 era

A C13 Larkspur transceiver ... 1960 vintage . a wonder of British engineering

A BC 191 transmitter .. 100 watt MOPA with three 211 triode tubes .. a monstor .

Photobucket

The local op shop currently has a old domestic set around 1950 .. I will check it out this week for anyone who's interested .. they want $120 I think ..its a bakelite thing

Mike
