Hi all, another new guy reporting in.
I've come to realise that I've got some kind of a fetish for old radios, does anyone know anything about a brand called Democrat?

The HRSA has Democrat brand listed as being produced by AW Jackson Metals P/L, Melbourne (1948-?).

I have circuit diagrams for Democrats with chassis/model numbers GB2412 and P453/P554 circa 1949.

There is a Democrat portable on eBay at the moment.

Do you have one yourself? If so, a photo would be helpful, as would a list of the valves used in it.
