I have watched this Forum for "many moons" and have finally decided to join.
I first started collecting and repairing / restoring Radios in 1977.

I started with an old wooden case Operatic Model 45M and it grew from there.

I have my Grandfathers' Crystal Set from 1928 which takes pride of place in my collection.

I don't consider myself as a serious or ardent collector who has to have a particular radio at any cost.

Collecting Radios is just a hobby for me, not a business and I enjoy the camaraderie it brings.
