G'day all. Smokey here.
I joined not because of radio or TV but I just inherited an old gramophone and this seems the only Aussie forum with a section relating to them. I want to give it a tidy up and get a few tips here and there.
I'm also restoring an 1880s house and old stuff just seems to get dropped off here when no-one else wants it. You know the stuff, grannys Singer sewing machine, old Bobs piano, that rusty horse drawn plough from the back paddock. My wife & I collect anything old or rusty so it's not a problem, yet. Although you might see us on an episode of Hoarders some time down the track.......
Cheers, Smokey.
