Hi all, I'm new to radio restoration and came upon your great site and many others I'm happy to see. I am restoring the "guts" of a Kriesler 11-60 Mantle radio for a work mate (he will do the rest) and I am quite enjoying it. As soon as I saw it I knew it as the same model I listened to as a 4yo and remembered it! I am being helped out by the very able Reg Gauci of radiomuseum.org. I'm not an EE or formally trained, but I like to get in and have a try, learning as I go. Has been fun so far and should continue to be. Already on the lookout for my next old radio . . .

G'day Phil,

Welcome to our happy home. Say G'day to Reg for us. He's been a member here for a few years now and we miss him.
