Anyone have an early 30's radio chassis with peephole dial?

Found a radio cabinet in a 2nd hand shop in amazing, appears to be original, condition.

Apart from the addition of ceramic drawer knobs filling in the control holes it's unmolested.
Has the small diamond-shaped metal peephole dial bezel with approx 25mm square window. No chassis or speaker though.
Looks high-end on the outside but internal build quality puts it clearly in the depression era.
No brand.

Would be a shame not to put a suitable chassis into it.

Anyone got a likely candidate lying around?

Hi Ian,
A picture of the cabinet would help?

Hmmm. Too late, as of yesterday it's gone from the shop.
