Dear friends.
Like many or you, I myself have had my collecting reach “Critical Mass”, where I can't get another thing into the garage without first taking something out.

To try make some room, I am therefore offering some things to the members of the
Vintage Radio and Television Forum.
No charge. You just have to collect them.

I have around fifty plugpack power supplies 13v5 . 1A5
I use them to power door strikes. All are new.

Beta tapes. Probably around three hundred of them. They come from a TV studio and contain Broadcast quality recordings. Most are “Betacam SP”.
Others are “Digital Betacam”, and I'm sure there are other high end variants.
I bought them to get some playback material for testing my Betamax SP players and recorders.
You don't have to take the lot. I'm happy if you would like to take a box of thirty.

Twenty, new and unused quick start electronic ballasts for single tube (36W) fluorescent.
Good if you are to fit-out or re-fit a garage, workshop, or shed.
Model, Osram QTISe1x36 Note. These are 360mm long.

Nineteen copies of Radio Waves magazine.

Other things will be offered after I clear some room in the garage.

Wayne.

I've got a couple of hundred Betamax and Betacam tapes though I am about to chuck them on the tip as I have got to a stage where I have the DVD version of what I recorded many years ago on the tapes.

I could use a Sony C40 Betamax VCR if anyone has one to spare though. They come up on Ebay at times but I don't want to pay the hundreds of dollars in the asking price for one. Of course I'd be happy to pay a reasonable price. Smile

A valve a day keeps the transistor away...
