Quite a few listed overseas on eBay. Put "EBL1 tube" into the search field.

Not cheap.

To get yourself out of trouble you could make up an adaptor socket to use a 6BV7. A 6BV7 is virtually a EBL1 in a miniature 9 pin package. Another way out is to use a 6BQ5/EL84 and a couple of general-purpose germanium signal diodes. All you need is a spare p-base/side contact valve base.

Thanks GTC I did not want to get them from overseas good chance they will be broken until they get here.
Monochrome I wanted to leave it with original type valves in it if possible.
Thanks for the advice if I can't get one I will have to install a 6BV7

Have you tried the HRSA Valve Bank? Outside chance, but you could be lucky.
