Very informative and a huge book. The first 56 books arrived on Friday there are a few left, but not a lot.
Should people require a copy, the book is $112.45 posted to anywhere in Australia .

Please advise your wants, as once this lot are spoken for, I do not know when the next printing will be. This book is Limited edition at 250 copies only to be produced.
