Hi all.
I am new to this site and so far quite pleased.
I am after any early 1970s colour TV sets. The first of the colour sets when colour TV commenced in Australia.
I am particularly interested in AWA, Thorn, Baird, Tyne, Decca, HMV, Pye and Philips.

Working or not, complete or incomplete.

I have just dusted off a Decca 33 series, 22" all complete and in good order, I have not powered this set since placing it in storage some 25 years ago, Back is on and not cracked, only thing it needs is a 9JW8/PCF802, V4 Horiz timebase bottle, is missing.
I do not power up old equipment unless going to restore.
From memory the big bottle is good..!!
Has a Hills Telefix label on back and a service record card inside, LOPT replaced 1995..!!

Also a 22" Sony profeel monitor that would be struggling to have accumulated 1000hrs of use, again the big bottle (CRT) is good.

Still looking for early 70s colour sets. AWA, Thorn, HMV, DECCA, Baird, PYE, Tyne, Philips etc.
Good money paid for the right sets.
