Hi Guys,

I have an old Sony transistor micro TV 5-202v here that is up for expression of interest.

I also have a large selection of modern crt board components.
Not sure if they are still useful and was wondering if anyone knows for sure.

Basically flyback transformers, regular small transformers, ic chips and other components.
all are brand new in boxes and there's quite a lot.

also have a vintage stage light

G'day Ben.

I'm interested in the Sony micro TV. Please let me know what you want for it.

I'm not sure what to ask for it which is why I asked for EOI, it comes with an original packet of sony fuses too Smile

the box is in great condition, it's just a bit stinky, stuffy inside, I don't think anyone's taken it out of the box for a while, the TV and box could use a detail, it's a bit grimy but looks like she'll polish up real nice and a steam clean of inside the box will bring it up all fancy again.

I believe this is an Australian version of the V5-303, the difference also is the colour, this one is black/maroon looking, I think the 303's are light brown.

Thanks Weee Ben.

It was good spending the hour or so yacking with you and the chooks this arvo.

I do have the service details for the 5-202E and 5-303E. The 5-202E was intended for the Scandinavian market. The Australian 5-202V is the same apart from having a 240V mains transformer and a tuner to suit our standards.

I may be interested in the NOS TV parts in boxes depending on the age of them. I'll email you about them.

Thanks monochrome, geez I can talk can't I? Smile

I'm glad we went through that tub of stuff as I would of thrown out those record player needles when I spotted them, would never of thought they'd be worth much looking at them.

TV Collector, they aren't that old, maybe 10-15 years as the company using them were selling the crt's up until recently. mostly it's flyback and regular transformers, then mixed stuff i'm yet to go through.

I too would like to know about the TV parts.
As a long time hoarder, (conservationist), I know that one can never have too many spares.

Wayne.

I'll be going through everything on Saturday, i've had to stuff things into the garage out of the rain so can't get in there until I make better room tomorrow.

I actually picked up more and there's more to come next week so it's going to take some time to just sort into groups. Yesterday it was a box of about 2000 IC Chips and other small items in packets, like aluminium capacitors, crystals, those resistors with the hole in them to screw onto heatsinks, potentiometers, switches and other stuff.

I'll have pictures up Saturday night.
