Analogue: Type 3201 (1972?) Board AEW-151A Just acquired.

I have contacted manufacturer re this. But I note, when checking it that R24 has had too much heat an looks well cooked. It also has an "Output" capacitor (for alignment of valve radio's), it looks like an oil type cap, which tend to be as bad as wax paper & I have found them failed at a similar rate.

Any info, especially a circuit, would be appreciated.

Update: The resistance wire was intact & only the insulation was burnt off it. The Wheatstone bridge puts it at 8.09 Ohms: So that was easily sorted.

Them: I apparently made it onto the mailing list & received the info for updating the software of one of their meters? I am still perplexed as to what I was supposed to do with that?
