Hi I hope this is relevant to this area of the site. I have recently come across an old store sign for AWA Deep Image Television. It is about 10 to 12 feet long and made of timber with two fluorescent lamps hidden at its base. It needs a little love and attention but it is complete and all in all is in pretty good shape. Can anyone tell me if it has any value to the collector. I want to keep it but unfortunately my man cave isn't big enough, and I hate throwing out history.

G'day Paul,

I'd be interested in it if I was close by but long distance travel for me at the moment is hard to achieve.

If you send me a photo of the sign I can embed it in your post - it may help with getting interest from someone else who may be interested in it. Just click on my username to access my e-mail address.

Depending, signs can be worth a few quid to be sure
it just a matter of finding the right buyer and price your happy to part with it for

As Brad said, send him a photo and he will upload it so others can see and someone might drool enough to buy it Smile

Your right it is a bit of irreplaceable history and doesn't deserve a trip to the tip.....that would be very sad Sad
