New dials are in for the Astor mickey Victoria version also more backboards for the km/ hpm mickey along with new backboards to suit the Stromberg Carlson oval tone Bakelite - 1949/ 51 .

No----- we have not closed down ( I don't know where people get that idea ) --not by a long shot -- we have just reduced the amount and variety of most things, that we supply!

Other dials be released soon will be the Astor mickey Victoria km series and later to 1953 short wave dial.
Also the Radiolette 500m 1946/ 48 this also suits the 516m of the same period !

Good to know Steve, looking forward to the 500M/516 dials to see how they come out. From what I've seen there were about 3 or 4 different designs for these, which one did you settle on?

Cheers,

Warren

Yes mate I could not do the 3 to 4 types ive settled on the standard one Radiolette written in blue on both sides and the coloured numbers!

Financially I just can't do them all - I have here at present 462 of the new dials in 27 types , I did have 33 types this time last year , but if they don't get the following! then I don't do them again.

I would like to do more types - but the demand for them would have to increase 10 fold on what it is now.

I can do just about any dial - they are fabulous quality ---- however there must be substantial demand for that dial --- il do any dial for you so long as 10/ 12 people want that same dial !

One of the best series of dials to do (I thought ) were in fact the Big Bow Astor dials - gn/ wgn/ ns etc etc 1950 / 57 I did 3 broadcast versions plus the multiband 5 and the deluxe 6 - would you believe those 5 dials I still have here 103 of those 5 types ..... all up !

That's bizarre'' there is a lot of those sets around ands 80% have buggered dials, yet I find most are to miserable to pay for a new dial ''its bizarre'' !

Who would want to pay say 100 / 160 dollars for a radio - yet they would not bless it with a new dial ------if needed ???

I would like to continue with the dials I really would - but things are going to have to change in respect to dials going out )) ( not enough go out to cover costs ) --- for me to keep doing any number of new dials.

basically iam here for them if they are here for me! -- everything must be a two way street ay !~

Glad you chose that one Steve, in my opinion it's the most attractive and also the hardest to find. Let us know when they come in, I definitely need one.
