I have a vintage AWA Thorn 180 projection box and wide screen that I am willing to give away to a collector. This unit has been in storage for 15 years and was in working order when placed in storage. It is in excellent condition and I would rather give it away that junk it. Anyone who knows about these original wide-screen projectors will know that the projection box is finished in nice timber and its quite heavy, around 100kg.The projector is 52 cm W x 92 cm L x 72 cm H and the separate curved screen is around 2 m high and 2 m wide.
It's available in Essendon, Victoria to be picked up by arrangement.

Regarding the vintage AWA Thorn 180, I also have the original service manual and the complete electrical diagrams.

I hope to get an interested party willing to take this unit, otherwise it will go to the dump. Enthusiasts, please save it.......

If you haven't done so already, would suggest you also advertise it on Gumtree.
