Looking for scrap Philips model 135, doesn't matter if case is broken, I am just after knobs, and selectors behind knobs, the chassis would be a bonus.

Thankyou

Ray

If you find that Ray, I am looking for a speaker for the same set.

What size? 132L has a 6" and the one in mine is a car door speaker out of an early Magna. 6" is the harder one to find.

The speaker in my 135B is 4 3/4" (120mm) and is original.

That's probably a 5" 125mm Jaycar used to sell / may still sell some of those (6W) AS3010.

Magnet is an issue in some cases, as it has one of those larger round modern ones with a lot more flux density.

I have had one of them start a blue with the power transformer & had to put a plate between them.

Yeh Marc, I bought a jaycar 5", too big. It interferes with the top cord roller and the pilot light holder.

The 4 3/4" is a permanent fixture, no screws you have to bend tabs to remove it from the face plate.

At the mo I have a 3" fitted to a wooden board and mounted. Would look horrible if you could see it but sounds fantastic!

There is a radio on Epay just now at about $25, but looks better than mine, so no point for spares.
