Want a dial glass for a CLASSIC radiogram 1953.

They did well adding the roundels for each state at the top of the dial. It reminds me of the old theme we had here on the forums.

According to the stations on the dial glass your radio was made in 1952/1953.

That glass looks like a good candidate for photoshop restoration and re-print - being three-colour will increase the cost of printing. I would reccomend getting a sign-printing shop to print on the reverse of a sturdy polycarbonate, because the dry transparencies are very difficult to apply to glass straight and wrinkle-free.

It would be nice to hear from some of the graphic designers (and industrial designers) who worked on these cabinets and dial glasses. Some of the younger ones may still be around. In those days they would just have been wage workers and not given any credit, unlike the god-like status given to some product designers these days.

Apart from the logo at the bottom, I think that stencil should not be too difficult to repair -- or even recreate -- with a suitable graphics tool, with the aim of printing it onto a sheet of transparency film.

It might be worth corresponding with this guy. He does dial reproductions, and may be able to work with what you have:
