Hello All,

A long shot here - I am after the red Kriesler badge to suite an 11/7. I am trying to find this as a gift for my father - my knowledge of these fascinating devices is somewhat limited so please forgive me if this has been covered before or I have no chance!! Will pay what is required if it exists.

Cheers,

Michael.

Someone may actually make reproduction ones? Virtually everyone of those I, and a collector mate have seen is a "riesler".

I sent one back to Clayton 3 weeks ago badge was broken, there is one coming in, it is broken. The local radio station has one, the grille the speaker and badge are cactus and there are two here. One has no badge and the second also has a damaged "K".

To make life interesting the plastic was melted at the back to hold the badge and the grille in.

Marc

Steve Savell was selling reproduction badges for this model about a year ago, he may have some left.

A valve a day keeps the transistor away...

Thanks for the replies guys.

I have part of one badge... and yes, its a "riesler". It seems like this may be an up hill journey.

I have also spoken with Steve and he was unable to help me. Apparently the demand was not as intense as it was at the point of discussion so he cant justify doing it again.

Its a shame as this particular model presents 'as new' and it is extremely frustrating seeing it with a broken badge.

Has anyone had any experience with the 3D plastic printers? this might be an option...

Cheers,

Mike
