I also typed "AWA Model R29" into Google and the Trove article came up on P2, directly under Brads original 2009 request for the circuit!! Harold

The Google formula is that it tweaks its general algorithm according to its profile of the current user/IP address, which is based on search history. If Brad had a history of making frequent searches using the keyword "trove", the trove item would probably have come up near the top. Maven

I don't use Google so that debunks that theory. My bad. "Google" = "generic contemporary free web search engine". But you will probably get different results using different brands of search engine - that's what they claim, anyway. Maven

Well, that is true, mostly. Bing feeds Yahoo these days so between those sites the results should theoretically be similar. Google will most likely continue to go it alone though. The big differences is from country to country, where all three will slightly favour home-grown websites. So in Britain, Paul Stenning's site will reign surpreme and in the US, Alan Voorhees' site will be at the top, and so on and so on.
