Hi fellow radio lovers ..... I have a funny story to share knowing that other collectors can relate to this.
As previously posted I am looking for two knobs for a Stromberg Carlson Ovaltone which I recently bought.
I was cleaning out a cupboard today in my radio room and as I was sifting through stuff ........ There it was one brown knob for an Ovaltone !!!
The funny thing is that I haven't opened this cupboard for ten years and don't remember where it came from lol lol.
The point is keep looking guys you never know where or when you might find that radio or knob that you need.
Regards
Paul Mickeyman
P.S
I still need Ovaltone knobs.

I was hoping you'd say you found one in an Ovaltine tin. Smile

Good find, hope another surfaces soon.

I bought a Kingsley radiogram from a friend about twelve years ago, but he could only find three of the legs for it. He's moved house twice since then, and guess what... he still hasn't found the missing leg!
