G'day lads - we have in perth just recieved some new items for radio!

Number 1 we just had reproduced using original materials, the backs for Astor mickey radios ( ribs around the sides 1940/ 1954 ) the KM / GPM / QK / KL series the ever popular series that were made in colours etc!

The backs were produced with a die (at great expence ) with original cut outs, the works, and there are a lot of this series missing the backs ! - well now we can supply them .

We only had a very limited amount made - due to die and product costs - so at present we have less than 100 available - these are $24 each ( small price to complete a unique radio ) plus $5 postage to anywhere in Australia .

We have on the drawing board other backs planned for certain radios these are the following Astors !

Gwn - big bow series 1950/ 57
The JJ / MK/ FP/ Series 1946/ 48
The HQ loaf of bread series Astors 1951/ 55 era

Also if demand is present, we shall remake ( again from original material ) the backs to suit 1952 stc wave top bantem A4110 series !

Another product---- we just had made and imported, a huge amount of the 3 core cotton filled and braid covered cable and this is not similar in colour as the previous lots - this is a georgous mahogany brown ! top rated 7.5 amp aprooved - its top end power cable !

Available still is the twisted 2 core braid covered power cable in mahogany brown and standard brown - we are slowly running out of this early cable - it is $5.35 per metre - email for postage costs .

Presently being manufactured ( these will not be expensive ) is the perspex's for the front of the dial for early series Radiolettes - again we may reproduce the perspex dial fronts for the Fret and Foot Radiolettes , this depends on demand for them ! the Radiolette perspex for the early models ( R28/ R29/ R30/ R31/ R32 R37 ETC and the bandmaster equivilents - will be $19 each posted.

Further backs are now available for vintage radio the STC A4110 we have those available you know the set 1952 eiffel tower bakelite by stc!

Also the ASTOR HQ loaf of bread mickey we have remsade backs for those as well they are now available.

The back for big bow Astor 1950/ 57 NS / GWN big curve top multiband table sets - these - more often than not are missing the back - but due to high costs to reproduce, we may only ever have 35/ 45 of these remade !

We still have some backs for the early Astor mickey 1940/ 54 models DL'S KM'S ETC but the stock has been decimated!! so this line we do see it running out ! at present fewer than 60 backs left - the rest have been sold
