I would like to buy the 2 pin and 3 pin battery sockets that would have been part of the A and B batteries 1.5 volt and 45 volt batteries. I dont expect there are any out there because no one would want to rip them out of the batteries anymore because these batteries are now collectable in their own right, however some may have been removed years ago when the old batteries would have been classed as rubbish. I was hoping not to cut off the original plugs from the radio.
Regards Jim.

I actually solder leads onto the original plugs so I don't have to cut the plugs.

The battery eliminator kits that you can get from Silicon Chip are ideal for this as they have the correct fittings.

I will have a look. Have not bought the magazine for a long time. Are they listed in the latest mag?
Regards Jim.

Please disregard this add. I have changed what I was going to do.
Regards Jim.
