Hens Teeth! , finding a good K9 is like a lotto win.
I have heaps of them and all but 2 are o/c I just finished a thread here about what goes wrong with them, its in the for sale section under another heading called , Gramophone needles free, you will find a lot about the roller K9 7k 2ohm there.
Failing finding a good one ! You can get new windings done to Spec for both primary and secondary for around $50
Mostly the Kriesler and the Rola's seem to have a corrosion issues with the secondary.
If you want to get the 2 windings re done back to spec, I can give you the contact details of a contact I have ,I cant put his name up on a forum with out his permission, but I can give you his contract details regarding transformer windings .
My email is open
Pete

Any chance of sending a few to me? my unit is missing the orginals and I have bodged in a set of mismatched unknowns, I would like to have a set rewound in that case.
If you have 4 bad ones matching the spec I would be grateful. And willing to pay postage of course.

Confused here? Why do you need 4? Its a 11 85 yes?
Same chassis as a 11 77 .
5 of them were cut up for the thread I mentioned about looking into why the coils go O/c ,, but I would still have 2 dead o/c k9 ,7k 2ohms in shed I think. Rola !

The 11 85 is the same chassis and unit as the 11 77,
The only difference is the 11 85 Runs the 210 Garrard and the 11 77 Runs the Rc 121.
The other differences are the knobs and some of the bright work.
The standard speaker transformer for the 11 85 is the Rola 7k 2ohms.
And I'm guessing your untit still has the original speakers which were Rola mx8 ,2ohms?
