Never seen one! In 15 years servicing valve TVs...
Not pin compatible with other triode-pentodes.

Seems to have been popular with US TVs such as Philco and Sylvania circa 57/58/59.

I am reading that a 6fv8 is identical and a 6jn8 is very close.

Yes I saw that too.

I've never come across any of them! It's basically a 6BL8 with the guts spun around inside the bottle!
