Hi - looking for an AWA 'Empire State' radio speaker in good working condition. Am in Sydney, happy to pay for it and postage.

Hi John, they're about 10 times rarer than the knobs I'm chasing for my fret and foot! The chassis turns up occasionally - some with the speaker, but usually pretty expensive. I wonder what other similar speakers might substitute for the AWA field coil unit?

Robert

Do you have the old one? It can probably be repaired if you have it. Those early speakers are quite repairable, everything comes unscrewed.
