Well now (after email) there's egg on my face and I'm confused.
They are apparently twice the size of the screw in bulbs common in radios,
which is a fair enough measurement,
but the next size up I have here is 12 Volt,

is out of a junk box here, not to do with radio,
and possibly could be for a vehicle indicator, maybe at 6.3 Volts it's bright enough for the radio.
