Please does any one have a circuit diagram ( or know where I can get one )
For a Red Bell radio
mid 50's I believe.
4 x 9 pin valves plus rectifier tube

Here is a picture - https://www.google.com.au/search?q=red+bell+radio...

New Zealand radio:

http://www.radio-restoration.com/Bell.html

Your linked one is similar to the Champ:

https://www.radiomuseum.org/r/bellcorp_champ.html

-- but that has 3 valves plus a selenium rectifier.

Check out the various schematics on Radiomuseum for Bell radios. One of those will probably match or be close to your set.

Another place to check is the NZ Vintage Radio Society, which I note now has a forum associated with it: https://nzvrs.com/

I have the circuits for most of these radios. Do you have a model number?
