Back in 2012 member GTC was kind enough to email me a schematic for the 1958 model SC 67A11 but I can no longer find it. I have replaced the electrolytics and paper caps and it works but it still sounds a bit scratchy/muddled especially at higher volumes so I need to test further and I have some time to do it now.

If member GTC or another member could email me the schematic it would be much appreciated.

Kind regards,

Clocky.

I have a Mullard 1110 in a sorry state after mice have been living it up on the power transformer, choke and speaker, it is also missing the 2nd IF transformer and the dial is intact but bereft of numbers/letters.

I have no issues with rewinding the choke and transformer but would anyone have an IF tranny from a junked Mullard chassis to sell please? Also any suggestions regarding availability or fabrication of a dial glass would be appreciated.

Regards,

Leigh.

Hello Leigh,

I have IF transformers to give away. I do not know how to identify them other than "looks". Some of them are NOS.

If you can post pictures and/or info./dimensions etc. I shall see what I can do. This applies to all members.

My apologies to Clockmeister and GTC, I didn`t mean to hijack the thread, inexperienced old timer members mistake,

Can the Moderator undo my error under another heading or would it be preferable that I start a new one?

I won`t attempt to reply to my responder until we sort this out.

regards,

Leigh

Leigh, too late now so don't worry about it. Moving posts is too hard on this system. Tongue

Happy to help wherever I can, Clockmeister.

BTW: does your handle on here imply that you are into clocks? If so, you might like to tell us about that in Member Introductions.
