Dear Friends.
I am currently restoring a Pye radio, Model PJ, and need the dial stringing information for it.

The pointer is held by the dial string on both sides, and runs on the dial glass which is attached to the cabinet.
There are four pulleys and spindle, and the drum on the end of the tuning gang to be traversed by the dial string.
The backing plate with the pulleys attached covers the drum and prevents access to it.

Fortunately, I have the original dial string and tention spring so that I at least know the correct length to use to replace the broken string.
I have located the circuit for the radio, but have had no luck with the dial string information.

Please help.

Wayne.
