My reliance skraider console came to me with a wooden escutcheon. Its very well made but I cant recall ever seeing a console with a wooden escutcheon. Can any one of you tell me if you have ever seen one and is mine likely to be original or not ?. I'm not really concerned as I know it will look the part when finished. but is there a company that makes period correct escutcheons. it does fit the hole very well and doesnt obscure any of the dial. there is also very little chance that this radio will ever leave my family as I am a collector ( hoarder lol ) and not a seller.
