Just had a disaster with my 750....a cathode/anode short on the rectifier took out the power transformer HT winding with an epic meltdown. The tranny is a complicated beast with the 3 LV windings center-tapped with precision. This was done to keep the hum levels down to non existent.

The repair is well beyond me...and am looking for a transformer rewinding expert that may be able to tackle it. Does anyone know of someone?

Thanks,

Dave.

I can highly recommend David Browne in Victoria, fast turnaround and reasonable prices. His contact details are in the Services Directory using the link at the top of the page.
