Also the dial glass or station decal is missing ,any clues to where I might be able to purchase on?

There's a thread called "Dial Glass Replacement" in the Cabinet Repairs section of this forum. It describes a different Philips model, but the basic principles are the same.

You can create a replacement dial with Photoshop or another graphics editing program, and get it printed as a decal (difficult to apply perfectly) or directly on a thick polycarbonate glass substitute.

If nobody is able to provide you with a template from the 122B, you could take the dial image from the photograph at Radiomuseum.org, correct the perspective (in Photoshop), and use that as a template to make your new dial image.

I'm happy to send you the clean transparent image of my Philips 123 dial, which you could probably edit to suit your model if you have the Photoshop skills or could find somebody local to do it for you. The relative positions of the stations remain constant even if you need to re-size the width and height for your 122B cabinet.
