Just bought a bit of stuff from a garage sale today such as a box full of if transformers, valve alum.shields bakalite knobs and a Howard Radio. Never heard of one but it is Australian because it has all local staions on it. No chassis number, haven't got the valve compliment yet (it's already in the shed) but has anyone got any information on this brand ?
Regards
Rudy

Thanks,
Had a look at it. Very much like LA GLORIA that I bought recently. It's a NZ radio based on the US Philco. Mine is an Aust. model because it has all the local staions marked.
Your reply is appreciated.
Rudy
