Tinradio and others,

I have dug out 2 old Ferris radios and have been searching for their circuit diagrams:-

1. Faceplate - Ferris Volumatic Twelve; on dial - M242, 249, 259
2. Faceplate - Ferris Solid State; on dial - M302

I have searched the web and other sources and found circuit diagrams of model numbers very close to those above ........but it would be nice to have the correct diagrams.

Anyone have these or can recommend a 'source'??

Gday Ian. I mostly collect purely as a "nice item to have". If they work & half do,well that`s a bonus.I have no tech knowledge re radios. And besides being colour blind places me at a distinct disadvantage when it comes to wiring etc.Geez i`d love to fix my non goers myself. There is a seller on ebay who has a batch of original service pamphlets covering many models. Maybe worth a look.cheers

If the age of these units is between '55 &'66 circuit should be in the "JR" publications which covered this early transistor era.
Someone out there must have a complete copy with supplements....if they can dig it out for you......
Regards Paul

Tinradio - yes, keeping an eye on what he is selling.

Duconbuster - does "JR" publications refer to KevinChant.com??
