This is a sea change, for me, it's got transistors in it.

This one has been butchered around Q4 (RF input Board). It was apparently bought at swap with no books etc.

I need photo's of the top & bottom (particularly) of the board, in that area to see what else was attached and confirm, my guess as to what pieces of the printed circuit are missing.

Circuit & alignment would also be useful as I believe that anything with a core in it has been tampered with.

Thanks
Marc

Graham thanks for info.

Missing tracks confirmed & repaired

Fiddling noted further in, as there a 2 screws missing.

100Meg Osc was way off.

No oscillator input noted at 1st mixer (Q4) or Q5 & Q6. HFO plug is (naturally) showing no evidence of signal.\ (CRO & Freq counter)

T4 is a "Ring in" It is supposed to be a coupling transformer. Has no brand every other one has.
Only has one winding (pulled it to bits) needs two?

Looks like I need the right one.

Marc
