HI I'm trying to replace the speaker of the Radiola 573MA radio, can I use a 4 ohm speaker instead of a 16 ohm speaker?

Thanks

It's not ideal, max output power will be reduced and distortion increased slightly, but at normal listening levels you will not hear the difference.

According to its specs It should be a 5 by 7 inch speaker of three ohms.

Four ohm is much more common value albeit the beast itself is becoming rare. That should sort it out.

Data is on the bottom of that page.
