Cyanoacrylate is the only think I can think of that might work, used sparingly.

There's nothing that I know of that will make the crack disappear in the way that the glue for a windscreen repair can. I've only ever used super glue and Araldite - with mixed results. These days I try to obtain a replacement dial from a wrecked radio, though have a couple of times purchased accurate reproductions.

Usually it is a case of making some sort of new one. I have actually used photography over the years, but in a recent job in conjunction with another, it was an Epson V800 Photo, scanner.

The way I see it, the refractive index of the glue would need to be the same as the glass, and should be clear. If windscreen glass has the same RI as dial glass (essentially window glass), or near enough, that problem is solved.
It would also need to be able to be cleared from both sides of the glass after application otherwise the bead of glue would show. How to clear it from the lettering side without taking the lettering off appears to be the insoluble problem.
I think someone here reported using black paint to camouflage the crack after glueing.

If you attempt glue, it has to run to the face that has no numbers as that is the one you can scrape. The biggest issue is as always white; If you make new one. it really needs a paint jet or silk screen.
Support becomes the next issue and you may have to double, or triple glaze, or rails on the edge to support it. A photo of it and what its out of could be useful, as there may be a scrap set about & there are some here and salvaged dial glasses.
