Hi.
My name is Mike. I am new to the list as I am looking to restore an old 1930's Fisk Radiolette (as badged on the front). The piece is a tombstone shape, much like on of the other fisks described in the tech talk post. It has a smallish kinda square radio dial that lights up from the right side. The 4 control knobs are wrapped under neath this like a smile (curve). The serial is D33730, so according other posts this is a 1937 unit. The chassis is stamped with a code: B0011812. Tubes include a 4 pin radiotron (aust), a 6B8G tube that is labelled as 6B7 on the chassis, a 6 pin 6D6 (labelled as such on the chassis, a 6A7. the is one space labelled 43 on the chassis for another 6 pin tube. not sure what goes here.

From the chat I can read on websites, these awa fisk radios are very popular, so I am guessing the schematics will also be available. I have a radio guy interested in helping with the restore, so if you can point me in the right direction of a schematic, hopefully I can get this fine looking bit of kit running again!

I can be emailed at mikeviking.bigpond.com

Thanks!
