G/day,
Please excuse me if I don't have the correct terminology.
I am trying to find the name of the wire that connects to the stylus on a Stromberg Carlson Radiogram it appears to be two core with a braided outer and if possible where it is available from

Perhaps you could tell me if there is such a valve as a 6B, I have a blown valve on my Stromberg Carlson gramaphone all I could read on it was 6B.

It could be one of several types. 6B4G, 6B5, 6B6G, 6B7, 6B78, 6B8, 6B8G, 6BA6, 6BA7, 6BJ5, 6BJ6, 6BX6, 6BY7. Are you able to send a photo of the valve and a photo of the chassis? If so they can come to Brad.mail.vintage-radio.com.au and I will publish them in your post. This will help with shortlisting the possible types a bit.
